Our passion at Ceylon was ignited during unforgettable journeys to Italy and Spain, where the profound "experience" of food inspired us to craft and savor culinary delights in the company of friends and family. Fusing these elements has evolved into my genuine passion. Ceylon is dedicated to recapturing the unhurried mornings spent relishing espresso and pastries. Our mission is clear: to impart the European essence of food and a more leisurely pace to our early moments. With an unwavering commitment, we select only the finest ingredients, ensuring meticulous attention and care, to bring life's significant moments to our valued customers.
We commence our process with a luxuriously light brioche, richly textured and carefully enveloped in the perfect blend of authentic brown sugar, butter, and our distinctive cinnamon concoction. Elevating our cinnamon blend, we employ a meticulous balance of Saigon Cinnamon for its captivating aroma that irresistibly draws us in, coupled with the unparalleled depth of flavor from the "true cinnamon" Ceylon cinnamon. This exceptional cinnamon fusion is complemented by our ethereal frosting, accentuating the essence of a truly classic cinnamon roll.

At Ceylon, we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients for our cinnamon rolls. Our cinnamon is sourced from the best farms around the world and our vanilla beans are hand-picked for the richest flavor. We take pride in our ingredients and it shows in every bite of our delicious rolls. Our secret? Secret vanilla bean icing, and, we only use real butter!
