We do not currently have a storefront and operate primarily as a doorstep delivery and pre-order pickup service. Check out our "Delivery Zone" tab to see our current delivery areas or plan to meet us to pick up your order at Hillside Village Shopping Center (6465 E Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, TX 75214).
If you are located in the zone... Lucky you! Go ahead and start your order for delivery between 9am and 12pm on your selected date.
If you aren't in our delivery zone... don't fret! Use the "pickup" option to place your order and you can meet us to pick up your order instead. We will reach out the week of delivery to confirm details with you!

MEET JAMES, THE MAN BEHIND THE CIN
James' passion and vision for Ceylon was ignited during his travels to Italy and Spain, embracing the slow-paced mornings spent enjoying pastries with family and friends. Ceylon is dedicated to recapturing the unhurried mornings cultivated by good company gathering to enjoy coffee and delicious pastries. Ceylon embodies the heart of a family-driven business produced in a rapidly expanding home kitchen. Alongside James, the visionary and chef, Ceylon is supported by co-manager and wife, Megan, as well the loving support of of several family members helping to aid in the delivery of our products.
With our continued growth, we are rapidly expanding beyond the walls of our home kitchen. We look forward to continue to pursue ways to extend our services as we grow. We appreciate your support and look forward to sharing our passion with you!
